• We use Canada Post for all of our shipping needs
• We mail using the regular service, with no upgrades (signatures etc.)
• If you would like an upgrade, please contact us directly prior to placing your order - hookpusher@gmail.com
• We do guarantee to get all crochet supplies packaged and shipped within two weeks
• We cannot guarantee the shipping time after it's left the store
